Edit megamenu

Good morning,
I would like to change the mega menu setting. At the moment the menu works like this:

(photo n.1)
CATEGORIES:
Writing instruments
Etc.
Etc.

When I click on the category, a screen with a large title of the WRITING TOOLS category opens (photo n. 2)
and again the repetition of all parent categories.

I would like not all parent categories to appear but only the subcategory
of writing instruments (photo 3)

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please try enabling the current category ancestors option from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page title.

Good morning,
ok that’s what i wanted.
But when I enter the category
WRITING TOOLS the daughter category WRITING ACCESSORIES
it no longer shows the children if not when you press and open a new page.

How can I see the children of writing accessories when I pass over them with the mousue?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but this is how the option works. It only shows the sub-categories when you open them.

If you want to show the subcategories on hover then you need to disable the option. But you cannot use them together.
