Edit “My account” drop down menu

Hi there, can you explain how to manage the “My account” menu that drops down from the profile icon on the header right side ? I mean I’d like to change the menu items in the drop down list, and it’s not clear whether this is a menu, or widget, or HTML block. Thanks ,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to change the My account menu.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
