Edit Product Page / Cross -selling / up-selling Feature

Dear XTEMOS Team,
i would like to ask you if its possible to add some optional products to the right side of the Product Page (see Image Productpage2) ? I would like to add some additional optional products, which can be added additionaly to the main product, similiar to an cross-selling/ up-selling feature.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
