Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Enter the Search element and find the appropriate options.
The tabs issue has been fixed in the recent update. Please update the theme to 4.0.3, please take into consideration these tips https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/.

Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> CSS generator and click on “Update” button.
Clean your cache and check the problem again.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.

Everything is desactivate but the problem is not solved.
It’s a problem with the update 4.03 because I did not have this problem with the previous version.

Now activate them one by one to discover which one influence, replace the problem plugin or contact their support.

I have deactivated Woocommerce admin and Multilingual.
Just clean the cache to remove the double product.
Our theme is compatible with WPML, however, this bug is between Woocomerce and WPML, please contact WPML support.
