Hi, how do you change the requirements for password in the register form? 12 characters are a bit too long.

Also, Where do you edit the shipping and delivery on the product page as you can see in the attachment? Thank you

Hello,

The setting you mentions does not relate to the theme features. They are all configured by WooCommerce.
As for password strength, please have a look at these free plugins, hope they would help you:

Shipping and Delivery on the product page are configured in Theme Settings -> Product page -> Tabs as shown here:
