Q1: Is there a special dimension required for slide background? Why my pictures got truncated in the slides? How to set it up. I uploaded two pictures, one is 700×700 pixels, another one is 742 x 314 pixels. The 700 x 700 pixels would never work properly.

Q2: The pictures of slides show in mobile are all truncated, no matter what dimension it is. May I know how to set it up?

We recommend using images with a size of 1920 x 640 pixels for your slides.

To optimize the experience across different devices, it’s best to use different image sizes for desktop and mobile.

You can adjust more settings by following these steps:

Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide.

Scroll down to the bottom of the slide editor.
