Editing Text Block Using “Text” View

    When editing a product or a post built using the theme’s built-in WPBakery Page Builder, I run into an odd issue with the Text Block Settings.

    When going to edit a “Text Block” for the first time, when consisting of normal text with any amount of HTML I’ve included, when I click on the “Text” Tab (from the default “Visual” tab), none of the contents show. I have to hit “Close” and then re-open it a second time so that it will show the contents within the “Text” tab.

    Please see attached screen shots to compare.

    I’m not sure if the developers are aware of this, but I wanted to mention this in case it is something that can be corrected in the next update.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hi,

    I did as you suggested. Unfortunately, deactivating all plugins except the ones you listed above has not solved the issue.

    This site is still in early development so the number of active plugins were already limited. At the moment, the only active plugins on this site are as follows:
    – Contact Form 7
    – Safe SVG
    – Slider Revolution
    – WooCommerce
    – Woodmart Core
    – WPBakeryPage Builder

    Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme and all the plugins in Appearance > Install the plugins.

    I did as instructed and the issue has not been resolved.

    It’s not an end of the world problem, was just something I thought I would bring up in case you were aware of it and might have a resolution. If it is what it is, I can live with that. So far after about 3 weeks of development while being new to this theme, mostly everything else seems to be working as expected.
