Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have checked the blog page it works properly. It has one post and when I click the post I get to the posting page, not to the home page: https://gyazo.com/84006d3fb1ffe923132ba90dd9910641
As for the editing of the Blog page. The blog page is the functional page and you cannot edit it. If you want to have a page, which would contain posts and other content, you need to create a custom page add the Blog element and add other elements you wish. You can show this custom page in the menu instead of the functional blog page.
Best Regards

marketingtsParticipantyes what i meant was if i click preview page on my blog page it goes to homepage. so my blog page is called knowledge base. when i edit it and make changes these are not seen on webiste and if i click preview it goes to homepage. i think we have been confused. can you check again
November 26, 2019 at 12:08 pm #159081
marketingtsParticipantif you go to ‘knowledge base’ on back end and click ‘preview’ you will see what i mean and also that my changes are not showing on the live knowledge base page
November 26, 2019 at 12:15 pm #159091
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please remove all the content from the knowledge base page and check again. As I told, the blog page is the functional page and it cannot contain any other content.
Best Regards

marketingtsParticipantI see. so you have to tell wordpress that static blog page is X but if you want a blog page that is edittable you create customo page – different to static and use that in menus etc

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Yes, exactly. Please create the custom page, insert Blog element and other content as per your needs.
Best Regards
