rohillalParticipantHi WoodMart Support,
I imported the Electronics 3 prebuilt website using Elementor. The demo imports, but the main footer does not display correctly.
The HTML Block exists and is published as:
Footer Electronics 3 – ID 962It is also selected under:
WoodMart → Theme Settings → Footer → HTML BlockHowever, when I view the Footer Electronics 3 block directly, the main footer content is missing. I only see the copyright/payment section.
On the official Electronics 3 demo, the footer includes the logo/contact area, Useful Links, Popular Categories, and mailing-list section.
Other WoodMart demo footers work correctly on the same installation. The issue appears to be specific to Electronics 3.
Could you please advise how I can re-import the correct Electronics 3 footer HTML Block, or check whether there is an issue with the current Electronics 3 demo import?
to continue working i have imported Mega electronics, if you can please email me your time available so i can book appointment so you can inspect with me directly. For now you wont see it on my site

I have checked your site, and the Electronics 3 footer is showing on your site.

rohillalParticipantHi Aizaz,
Thank you for checking.
The footer is showing on the site now because I am currently using the Gutenberg version of Electronics 3.
The actual issue is specifically with Elementor:
When I select Elementor as the page builder before importing Electronics 3, the demo does not import completely. The footer/HTML block and some other demo components are missing or incomplete.
If I import Electronics 3 using Gutenberg, everything imports correctly, including the footer.
Also, if I later switch the existing Gutenberg site to Elementor and try to edit the pages, the original layout/content does not remain properly editable in Elementor.
Could you please test the following on a fresh installation:
WoodMart → select Elementor as builder → import Electronics 3 full demo
and confirm whether the Elementor version imports the full footer, HTML blocks, layouts and other demo content correctly?
I would prefer to use Elementor because it is more flexible for editing, but currently the Gutenberg import is the only version that imports completely for me.

rohillalParticipantHi,
I have once again shared the credentialsSeptember 25, 2026 at 10:37 am #730047Hello,
Please ask your hosting provider to increase PHP max input variables to at least 10,000, increase the PHP time limit to 480 seconds.
I also noticed that the OPcache is currently full (128 MB of 128 MB) on your website. This may also affect PHP processing during the import. Also increase the OPcache memory allocation so that it is not full.
Once these values are adjusted, please let me know. I can then proceed with testing the Electronics 3 Elementor import and check whether the footer, HTML blocks, layouts, and other demo content are imported correctly.
Best Regards

rohillalParticipantHi Aizaz,
Hostinger has now applied the available server-side changes for ramiertech.co.nz:
max_input_vars: 10,000
max_execution_time: 360 seconds
OPCache memory: increased from 128 MB to the higher allocation available on the plan
OPCache is enabledHostinger has confirmed that 360 seconds is the maximum execution time available on the current Premium Web Hosting plan, so 480 seconds cannot be set.
The new PHP settings may take a few minutes to become active.
Please proceed with testing the Electronics 3 import with Elementor selected as the page builder and check whether the footer, HTML blocks, layouts, and other demo content now import correctly.
Thank you.

rohillalParticipantHostinger has now applied max_input_vars 10,000, max_execution_time 360 seconds, and increased OPCache. Their hosting plan has a hard 360-second execution limit. Since WoodMart documentation recommends 300 seconds for demo imports, could you please retry the Electronics 3 Elementor import with the updated server configuration and advise whether 480 seconds is genuinely required for this particular import?
September 25, 2026 at 3:03 pm #730094Hello,
Can I reset your site and import the demo again after removing all the content from the site? Please give me permission to do that so I will import the demo again on the site.
Best Regards.
September 26, 2026 at 11:43 am #730146
rohillalParticipantHi Aizaz,
Yes please, you have my permission to reset the site, remove the existing content, and perform a fresh Electronics 3 demo import with Elementor selected as the page builder.
Please proceed with the full import and check that the footer, HTML blocks, layouts, header, pages, and other demo content are imported correctly.
The site is still under development, so there is no important live content that needs to be preserved.
Thank you for your help.
September 26, 2026 at 5:24 pm #730156Hello,
Can you please share the theme purchase code in the private content, so I will activate the theme license as well, then check it. It is very strange issue that only the footer HTML block is showing empty in the site, other blocks are working find when selected for the footer.
Best Regards.
September 26, 2026 at 11:23 pm #730161
rohillalParticipantCould you please also share what exactly was causing the footer HTML block issue and the steps you followed to fix it? I would like to keep it for future reference in case I face the same issue again.
Really appreciate your help.

rohillalParticipantI have noticed another issue with the imported Electronics 3 demo. The About Us page and some of the other pages do not look the same as they appear in the WoodMart demo.
For example, this page:
https://darkorange-scorpion-388220.hostingersite.com/?page_id=937The layout, styling, sections and overall appearance seem different from the original demo.
Could you please check whether all the demo content, templates and required elements were imported correctly?
September 28, 2026 at 2:17 pm #730234Hello,
Can you please share the FTP login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue.

rohillalParticipantSeptember 29, 2026 at 5:46 pm #730314Hello,
The issue was caused by third-party filters added in the
/wp-content/mu-plugins/hostinger-preview-domain.phpfile, which interfere with the footer template. To verify this, we temporarily disabled this file and performed the import again. As you can see in the screenshot, the footer is now displayed correctly on the page: https://monosnap.ai/file/nZ25nKOitCOsIM7WRDO5AnBxLDe4b6
However, the footer may disappear again after saving the footer template because the content is being filtered by the code located in the same file. In our opinion, this may be related to the fact that the footer template contains links to an external website as well as an email link.
We recommend checking the filters added in
hostinger-preview-domain.php, as they appear to modify or remove parts of the footer template content.Best Regards.

rohillalParticipantHi Serg,
Thank you for investigating this and identifying the Hostinger preview-domain MU-plugin as the cause.
I have now connected the website fully to the live domain ramiertech.co.nz, and I will only access and manage WordPress through the live domain going forward.
Could you please confirm that now the domain is properly connected, I should be able to import or re-import WoodMart demo content/templates in the future without the same issue occurring?
In particular, I would like to make sure that if I import a footer, page, or other WoodMart template again at any time, the content should import and save normally as long as I am working through ramiertech.co.nz and not through the Hostinger preview domain.
Please let me know if there is anything else I should do before re-importing the Electronics 3 footer or other demo content.
Thank you again for your help.
September 30, 2026 at 9:15 am #730328Hi there,
Yes, if there are no third-party filters on your server that modify or remove the imported content, the demo content and templates should import and save correctly.
As the previous issue was caused by the Hostinger preview-domain MU-plugin filters, working through your live domain should prevent the same behavior, provided that no similar filters are active.
Kind regards,
