Electronics template is not responding

Hello team,
I am making some design changes in the site and I thought of changing the template.
So I changed it to the electronics template, and for some reason, the template doesn’t seem to respond right…
I tried checking if it caused by a specific plugin but it doesn’t seem to be the issue…

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Its done and still no changes.
I’m attaching the logins in the private content, all plugins not related to the theme are deactivated.

Yes that is because we have reversed to the old version so customers will still be able to buy at the moment.
