Elementor 500 Error

Hello support-team,

i have some issues with Woodmart and Elementor Pro since some days. If I created a new layout (all the other layouts works fine) for a product a 505 error appears at the productpage (see attachment) All the “old” products works fine – only new products will not work and I do not know why.

I deactivated all third party plugins and the problem still exists. If I activated the theme storefront and disable woordmart and woodmart core everything works fine. So I think its a problem beetween woordmart and elementor. I changed elementor to an old version as well and clear all the databases with WP Optimize but nothing helped.

In the private section I send you the Admin login. Please solve the problem fast because our shop is still live.

I have checked your site and the “Test Layout” layout is working fine on your site.

But the product, which is only connected with “testlayout” do not work (500 error) If I deactivated your woodmart stuff the product is shown in storefront.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Hello, like I said I already deactivated and checked the third party plugins. If I turn off “woodmart core” and switch to the theme “storefront” Elementor and for example the product https://altgeist.de/produkt/vw-t3-3er-sitzbank-hinten-klappbar-individuelle-stoffauswahl/ works very well.

Try to disable the custom layouts for the single product page and see if it works. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts. Try to disable all the layouts and activate one by one to check which one causes the issue.
