I went to Settings, Layout and adjusted the layout width settings. But still encountering problems.

I switched to Parent theme and the layout is showing correctly. Please check your child theme again.

I have changed the theme to child theme and still have the issue.
Do I need to switch to the main theme? Can I still use child themes? Or is there any other solution that you would recommend?
I encountered this problem when updating version 7.5.2.

I switched to Parent theme and layout worked again.
You can try to use new Child theme to see if it works as well.
