Elementor & background question

Hello, I’m bothering you with 2 questions:
1 – where can I change the display width and color, or put a different background in this menu.
2-I have these errors in Elementor, I don’t know what they are and if I set something wrong or not.

Can you also tell me how to make the add to cart button appear on each fixed product and not only appear when you navigate over it?

Do you want to show the add to cart button always on the products, do not need to hover on the product?
