ravelmeli2ParticipantHello! When I try to modify a product file on my shop with elementor I get this error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
I’d like to point out that all other pages such as page collectons and blog posts and the like are editable. I had to deactivate and reactivate all the plugins on the site but I still get the error message.Attachments:You must be logged in to view attached files.September 25, 2024 at 9:17 am #599871
Artem TemosKeymasterHello, Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily and update the theme to the latest version. Kind Regards September 26, 2024 at 5:25 am #600222
ravelmeli2ParticipantI have followed your recommendation to the letter, but there has still been no positive change. September 26, 2024 at 9:42 am #600263
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, all plugins are still turned on. Please keep them disabled so we can investigate the issue from our end. September 26, 2024 at 3:21 pm #600422
ravelmeli2ParticipantI have just deactivated the plugins in question. September 26, 2024 at 4:17 pm #600456
Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please clarify what page or post should we edit to see the error? September 27, 2024 at 6:53 am #600557September 27, 2024 at 10:26 am #600640
Artem TemosKeymasterWe have fixed this issue on your website. Please test how it works now. September 27, 2024 at 9:09 pm #600872
ravelmeli2ParticipantI’m delighted to hear that the problem has been resolved. However, in the interests of understanding and learning, I’d like to find out more about the situation. Could you tell me what the source of the problem was and what steps were taken to resolve it? This information would be invaluable if I had to deal with a similar situation in the future. Your feedback would help me to better manage this type of difficulty should it arise again. September 30, 2024 at 9:43 am #601203
Artem TemosKeymasterThe deleted (non-existent) product https://monosnap.com/file/YyjEZKSSWazLMnjvCqTLCT4FdiInGQ was selected in the settings, we deleted it and everything worked
