    Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

We just tested your website and see that there is some backend 503 error generated by the server. Please, contact your server provider for help on this matter. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/d7dfa77a4261bd56d76678248a555777

Thanks, but what should I tell the host?

Furthermore, this doesn’t seem like a clue to me since I developed the store with another host and I’ve had the same problem since the last update.

I did an inspection on the same criteria and I did not find a 503 error.

You need to ask your server provider to check what this 503 error is caused by. If there is some PHP error there, we need to see the log of that error.

    Kind Regards
