elementor error

Hello, I installed theme, activated license and have choosen elementor page builder then imported demo content “Furniture” (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-furniture/demo/furniture/) but after doing so the frontend of site was not at all looking like demo site, it was showing only plain html text. Then it worked with wpbakery but still I want to use elementor.

this support is very poor, please refund me, I am from EU under our legislation we can get a refund no matter what.
