LariParticipantHello dear support,
I am reaching out because I have a little yet urgent problem with the Elementor form submissions on my website.
You see, I’ve already connected the SMTP, checked with another plugin (like Bit Form), and all the emails are going through, but not through the Elementor Form.I’ve even reached out to Elementor support, and upon investigation and troubleshooting from their side, they pointed out to contact the theme support – so here I am.
When they have switched to the Hello Elementor Theme, the form has submitted successfully.
Now, the issue is the following: when I submit the form, the page reloads, and no form submission notice is displayed at all.
And I’ve already checked the Elementor -> Submissions area and non has been recorded.
I really need your help on this one!
Thank you so much in advance!

Thanks for your patience.
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

LariParticipantHey Hung,
For sure, but in that case, I prefer that you do that on the staging website.
The credentials are provided in the Private Content Area.Best Regards,

Kate M.KeymasterHello,
As we can see, you have purposely disabled all Elementor JS scripts on your website, supposing that you are not going to use its features. You can turn them back on in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Elementor frontend.
Kind Regards
