thesterlingbombayParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue while editing my Home Page with Elementor.
When I click “Edit with Elementor” on the Home Page, the editor keeps loading continuously and I am unable to edit the page. Sometimes Elementor displays the message “The preview could not be loaded.”

thesterlingbombayParticipantI accidentally uploaded the wrong screenshot earlier.
The actual issue is that Elementor is stuck on loading and I am unable to edit any page. When I click “Edit with Elementor”, the editor keeps loading indefinitely and does not open properly.
The screenshot I am attaching now shows the real problem.
Please check and help me resolve this issue.

thesterlingbombayParticipantI have not used any third party plugin. Whenever I try to edit a page in Elementor, it just keeps loading and doesn’t actually edit.

thesterlingbombayParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response.
I have already disabled all third-party plugins and tested the website. I also deactivated WoodMart Core, switched to a default WordPress theme, and I am using the latest version of Elementor. Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
The Elementor editor keeps loading and never opens.
Could you please investigate this issue on my website instead of suggesting the standard troubleshooting steps? If you need temporary admin access or any additional information, I can provide it.

Thank you.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.
Since the issue persists even after disabling all plugins, switching to the default theme, it appears to be unrelated to WoodMart and is usually related to low PHP server limits or a conflict on the site environment.
Please increase the PHP values on your server and then check the issue again. Also, kindly follow Elementor’s official troubleshooting guide and configure all the recommended options:
https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loadingAfter applying the recommended settings, clear all caches and test the editor again.
Best Regards
