Hello there, I just bought the Woodmart theme and I’m wanting to import the dummy pages (for Elementor), but it just won’t work – the screen remains white and I cannot work in it.

The WordPress installation is new, fresh with a new db, new theme, new everything, with all the limits maxed out. I just cannot understand what’s happening.. 🙁

I tried to import the base version for WPBakery and it kinda worked (with many bugs..)

Let me know if you can help and I can give you access.

    Regards

Also, I tried to import the WPBakery version of it, but without success – many elements are not displaying properly.. The sections are not working. Yes, the product pages are OK, but still.. really different from what I’ve seen on envato 🙁

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please provide the net WordPress installation, advise what builder you would like to use (you can use one builder at the same time) and what demo you would like to upload. I will help to install it.

    Best Regards

I think that I made it work, but if you can, please log in and see why the images from the footer doesn’t show right (from the beginning).

    Hello,

As for the images, installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.

You need to upload your images to posts, products and images would appear, now the image placeholder is applied.

As for the lazy load images, you need to enable this option in the Theme Settings > Performance > Lazy load.

    Best Regards
