ELEMENTOR LAYOUT DOESN’T IMPORT

Hi there, I bought your theme and installed it. But I have some problems. I have everything updated and also have ELEMENTOR PRO bought, and when I import a demo I did not know why nothing was working until I disabled the LAYOUTS and BOOM, everything is working so there is a problem with the LAYOUTS.

Also when I go to EDIT a LAYOUT with elementor, I see that there is nothing there as you can see in the screenshots here.

Any help ??

Finally I managed to make it work. i had to uninstall Elementor and Elementor PRO and install it again and this time everything works ok.
