Elementor Margin & padding in rows and columns

Elementor Margin & padding in rows and columns, column width for mobile devices are not working.
when we are changing column width, padding, margin for mobile and tablet, they not working at all. showing the same desktop margin padding, is there any fix or not?

Please check the issue on any default theme to detect if WoodMart causes the problem, WoodMart theme is fully compatible with the Elementor, however, the theme does not influence Elementor functionaltity. If you see the same with the default theme, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme including Elementor Pro.

It started working perfectly after regenerating Elementor’s css

Elementor > Tools > General > Regenerate CSS & Data
