Elementor not showing images and slider section

Hi,

Since today, Elementor does not show the slider section, carrousel section and certain images when editing. The images/slider/carrousel does show on front-end, but not in Elementor when editing.

Already tried (nothing works):
– rolled back to previous elementor version
– purging cache
– disabling all plugins except elementor and woodmart core
– different browsers
– elementor regenerate css
– elementor advanced > CSS print-method external/internal

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of wordpress.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

Then check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Unfortunately, it is not fixed. I did exactly as you wrote: Save under settings > general. clear cache in browser/cache plugin. I also made sure that the URL’s in settings > general are the same, both in https.

I now deactivated all third-party plugins. Only Elementor and Woodmart Core is active. Please troubleshoot and let us know the solution. Thank you very much.

Please try and delete the sections that are not appearing and add them again to the page the check back.

Doesn’t work. Just tried to remove the slider section as example, then add it again. Same result.

In the meantime, I got Elementor to show the images when editing by re-adding the elements from scratch. Now the only thing remaining is that Elementor does not show the banner sliders when editing. Front-end is OK, back-end during editing in Elementor does not show sliders at all.

The Slider is created using the woodmart slider.

You can edit them from Dashboard >> Slides.

I know that the slider is created and edited through Dashboard > Slides. However, this is not the issue. The issue is that when editing any page in Elementor that has a slider in it, Elementor will not display the slider at all. I have a back-up website at a different domain before this problem occured. Check screenshots. You can see that in the back-up website, Elementor displays the slider and that on the current website, Elementor does not display the slider or container of the slider at all.

Also, unfortunately, yesterday I wrote that I had re-added the elements that did not show the images in Elementor manually, and that it worked. But this morning I checked again, and the images are missing again. I do not know what is causing this, but it is an urgent problem that needs to be looked into. See screenshot 3.

Again, I will now disable all plugins except for Elementor and Woodmart Core, so you can check this. You already have the credentials.

Please, disable all optimization plugins temporarily so we can check the problem.

all optimizationp plugins are disabled. only active plugins are: elementor, woodmart core, woocommerce, ssl. you can enable/disable plugins during investigation as required.

I have now enabled Development Mode in Cloudflare, so that caching will be bypassed for next 3 hours. I also purged cache in Cloudflare.

Are you still investigating? Do I need to keep Development Mode on in Cloudflare?

That’s strange, because rocket loader was turned off in Cloudflare yesterday: http://prntscr.com/1yv45pw
When I view Source of the home page, I can’t find any instance of rocket loader. As development mode in cloudflare is only active for 3 hours at a time, I have now just re-enabled it and purged the cache. If you could check everything in the next 3 hours, there should not be an instance of optimization from cloudflare.

What does this mean for our use of Cloudflare, that we cannot use it? Or that we cannot use the Rocket Loader feature of Cloudflare? It considerably increases page speed so if there is an option to keep using it, that would be better for us. Is there a way to enable rocket loader and make a setting in woodmart that it keeps loading elementor in the back-end when we need it?

Since it works correctly on front end you can keep using the rocket loader. But it seems to change the JS files loading order on the backend and that is why some animations are not run.
