Elementor not working in Product Template after Antares update

    Hello,

    I’ve recently updated the **Antares** theme and reactivated it using the new license key (Order #24159369).

    Now the license is correctly activated and everything seems fine, but **Elementor won’t open the Product Template section**. The rest of the editor works as expected.

    I already tried:
    – Updating Elementor to the latest version
    – Deactivating WP Rocket
    – Testing on different browsers and incognito mode

    Could you please investigate this issue?

    I’ll soon do the same update for the **Doris** theme (Order #26331277), so I’d like to avoid repeating the problem.

    Yes, you have our permission to deactivate plugins and switch to the parent theme if needed for troubleshooting.

    Just to let you know, we have already done both actions ourselves during our tests, but Elementor still doesn’t open correctly in the Product Templates section.

    Try to disable templates from Elementor Pro, then recheck the issue. If it doesn’t help you, send the FTP access.

    As suggested, I have disabled Elementor Pro templates, but the issue persists: **Elementor still doesn’t open the Product Archive Template** after the Antares theme update.

    I am not using Elementor for single product pages — only for archive templates.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for your support – removing the <noscript> GTM snippet fixed the issue. Elementor now works correctly again in the Product Template section.

    We’ve just checked and confirmed that the same issue was present on the Doris theme as well. After applying the same fix there, everything is now working correctly on both Antares and Doris.

    We have removed the old subscriptions. Now you have only active subscriptions for Doris and Antares.

    Please recheck it and let me know.

    I’ve just checked and I can confirm that everything looks good now — the old subscriptions have been removed and only the active ones for Doris and Antares remain.
