Elementor Plugin Freezing Website

    Hello,
    We’re having an issue with the WoodMart theme that is installed on our website. It freezes from time to time when “Elementor” plugin is activated. When I deactivate it, it works perfectly. We also tried reducing the accesses of “Elementor” to reduce it’s weight, but no luck. What can we do?
    Our website has over 8.400 products, and around 35.000 pictures. It has 4GB of RAM. 80 GB of memory and 2 CPU. The server is AWS.

    To help us pinpoint the cause, could you please clarify a few things?

    – Describe the “freeze”: does the frontend stop loading, or is it the WordPress admin/Elementor editor that becomes unresponsive? Any specific pages or actions that trigger it?
    – Steps to reproduce the issue, step by step.
    – Screenshots or a short screen recording of the problem and of any browser console errors (open DevTools > Console when the freeze happens).

    If the issue persists, please provide temporary wp-admin access to a staging site via the forum’s Private Content so we can inspect the configuration directly.

    With the details above we’ll be able to narrow it down quickly and advise the exact fix.
