Elementor Popup and Woodmart Header Builder problem

I performed some updates to my live website yesterday including an update to WordPress, Elementor Pro and Woodmart. Since then the hamburger menu (created by Woodmart’s Header Builder) stopped triggering the main navigation pop up (created with Elementor Pro). I click the hamburger menu but i get no response. The link leads to selector #sidemenu and i can see on hover of the hamburger menu icon that the link is correct. Until yesterday this link was trigering the navigation popup.
I contacted Elementor’s support team and they think that its the theme that prevents the popup from appearing.

I would appreciate your input as i try to figure out what is causing the problem

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor
