Elementor Popup Issue

Hi,
I have created a popup through elementor, but it doesn’t appear in the frontend.
I wouldn’t want to use Promo pop up (Theme settings >> Promo popup) because it doesn’t give many features.

Is there a way to show the elementor Popup?

I have already done the following:
– Theme Settings >> Performance >> Plugins >> Enable Elementor frontend
-Disable all plugins and woodmart theme

Could you help me?

Thanks for reaching to us and take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

We have not tested Popup type of Elementor Pro so we cannot guarantee it works with WoodMart theme.
