36stylesParticipantWhen I activate Elementor Pro, my Shop/Category pages do not show correctly. If I deactivate Elementor Pro, then the pages show up correctly.
Hopefully this can get fixed, as Elementor Pro is a must have.

Artem TemosKeymasterThank you. Could you please disable all external plugins, child theme and send us your admin and FTP access so we can test it?

36stylesParticipantSince we are in different time zones, and you probably are not online while I am working on the site, I can disable all plugins and change to child theme when you respond to this message, so I know when you will have a look at the issue. I appreciate your help with this.
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterI’m online now and will be here for the next 7-8 hours.

36stylesParticipantOk thank you for the reply. I just disabled all plugins not required and activated the main theme, disabled the child theme.
As soon as I activate Elementor Pro, the category pages do not work.
Maybe while you’re in there looking around, you can look into this as well?
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/bug-woodmart-recent-posts-widget/#post-210979Thank you for checking into this for me.

Artem TemosKeymasterActually, it is working correctly and it is how you created your archive page with Elementor https://prnt.sc/ti1jvx

36stylesParticipantI created the archive pages when I was using WPBakery. I just installed Elementor and started converting pages over.
So I just need to recreate my archive pages, simple enough. Thank you for checking into this. Sorry for taking up your time.
Maybe you can look into the WOODMART Recent Post thumbnail issue?
Thank you!!

36stylesParticipantCould you please explain the proper way to create the archive/category pages with Elementor Pro activated? I am not sure what I need to do. Thank you.
July 15, 2020 at 7:41 am #211057
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but you need to refer to Elementor Pro documentation for more information about their functionality. We don’t have instructions for this.

36stylesParticipantI figured it out, thanks to your screenshot. I just needed to delete the Elementor Pro Archive template you showed me in the screenshot. Thank you for your help.
