autoblogart13ParticipantI’ve purchased Woodmart theme yesterday and wanted to give it a test but I got shocked with the elementor Pro not working and keep spinning and then ending with error 502 or cannot preview error
My only plugins that are active are Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woodmart Core, Woocommerce
I’ve already increased my PHP size limit to 512 MB
I’ve tried using an Incognito windowAttachments:

autoblogart13ParticipantWhen I Switched the theme to another theme, the plugin loaded without any problems
June 25, 2026 at 11:37 am #722432Hello,
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.
A 502 error is typically generated by the server and is usually related to server configuration, PHP limits, timeouts or hosting environment issues rather than the theme itself.
Please follow this elementor guide and configure the options:

autoblogart13ParticipantHello Aizaz,
I have asked our hosting to check and they confirmed that there is some conflict caused by Woodmart,
I do use a cloud hosting on name cheap and the app is EASYWP
When I activate a free theme Instead of Woodmart it works without any problems,
I’m so frustrated :/
June 25, 2026 at 3:19 pm #722467Hello,
Can you please share the WP admin login details (username and password) and CPanel login details of your site so I can check and solve the issue on your site?
Best Regards

autoblogart13ParticipantHello Aizaz, I’ve shared the WP admin details
I don’t have Cpanel details but I’ve given you SFTP access & PHP my admin
June 26, 2026 at 2:29 pm #722521Hello,
Thanks for the access and for your patience.
We’ve just tested your site with a default WordPress theme (without WoodMart), and the same problem occurs: we consistently get 500 errors and the page doesn’t fully load. Here is a screenshot of what we see: https://gyazo.com/682e63a2c1227421707cec44389b6e11
This indicates a server-side issue rather than a problem with the theme. Please contact your hosting provider to investigate and resolve the 500/502 errors on your environment. Once that’s fixed, let us know if anything still persists.
Kind regards,

autoblogart13ParticipantPlease check my private response , this is wrong
June 29, 2026 at 10:06 am #722653Hi there,
Thanks for the follow-up and for providing access.
We double‑checked your site. During testing it worked for a short while with WoodMart Core active, but then 502 errors started appearing again. We couldn’t pinpoint any specific theme setting or module causing this. Given these results, it’s most likely that our theme won’t work reliably on your current hosting environment.
If you’d like to continue, the only next step we can suggest is trying a different hosting provider/environment. If you prefer not to do that, you can request a refund for the theme. https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.
Kind regards,

autoblogart13ParticipantHello
Thanks for re-checking again, may I ask if you have some sort of requirements of the theme + elementor plugin combined
1) These are the specs of my hosting:
EASYWP TURBO PLAN
https://www.namecheap.com/wordpress/pricing/2V CPU
768MB RAM
50 GB NVMe storage
Unlimited bandwidth
Unlimited number of visitors
Free CDN
Free SSL
WordPress Auto Updates
PRO Brizy Site BuilderI’ve contacted the host and they said they tried everything, sometimes it works and sometimes it just gives the 502 again
2) Also do you have any hosting where I can test
Let me know
July 2, 2026 at 8:53 am #722856Hi there,
Thanks for following up and for sharing your hosting specs. Here are the requirements we recommend for WoodMart (and what typically helps Elementor run smoothly as well):
– PHP 8.2 or higher and the latest WordPress version with HTTPS enabled
– PHP configuration:
– memory_limit 256M or 512
– post_max_size 64M
– upload_max_filesize 64M
– max_execution_time 180
– max_input_vars 10000Regarding hosting: you can try Hostinger, Kinsta or any standard hosting environment where you can control/raise the PHP limits above should work fine. Given the intermittent 502s we observed on your current environment, the most reliable next step is to test on:
– A clean WordPress install on a different provider where you can adjust those PHP values, or
– A local environment (e.g., Local or MAMP) to rule out server-level timeouts. If the issue does not appear in that test, it confirms the problem is specific to the current hosting stack. If it still appears, share the exact PHP values from WooCommerce > Status and we’ll advise further.
Kind regards,

autoblogart13ParticipantHello Serg,
Thanks for your response
I’ve contacted the Hosting support team another time and this is what they said:
**********************************************************
I’m afraid I cannot advise on a solution at the moment. Each time Elementor loads, your resource usage spikes. This explains the 502 error. It means Woodmart and Elementor working together consume too many resources. It might be caused by software incompatibility or some PHP errors. To my regret, I was unable to get any errors to investigate – everything loads well at the moment. In my personal experience, Elementor alone should not consume so many resources on loading. I have reasons to believe that the Woodmart theme is the cause of the issue, it requires more RAM and CPU than you have. If I understand it correctly, you wish to use this theme specifically.
we may try deactivating the theme and testing how Elementor works. If the resource usage does not spike, it mwans the cause of the error is the theme.
I have changed the theme and checked how Elementor loads. The spikes in the resource usage have disappeared. I’m afraid the issue is not related to Elementor. The theme requires more resources that your hosting package provides. This confirms that an upgrade will be beneficial. Alternatively, you may try using another theme, not Woodmart.
When you are in WordPress dashboard
Your CPU usage is at about 50%. RAM usage is 40%.Once you open the Elementor edit page
You have 100% CPU usage and about 95% RAM usage. The theme consumes too much ressources when working with elementor and It means Woodmart and Elementor working together consume too many resources. It might be caused by software incompatibility or some PHP errors.
*********************************************************Please let me know if I should upgrade to the max plan which is Supersonic (4 cores and 1152MB ram)
I’m currently running on (2 cores and 768mb of ram)July 3, 2026 at 8:32 am #722897Hi there,
Thanks for the update. Before upgrading your current plan, are you able to spin up a one‑month test on Hostinger, SiteGround, or Kinsta to check if the issue persists there? This will help confirm whether it’s specific to your current hosting environment.
Please let us know if you can do that.
Kind regards,

autoblogart13ParticipantHello
Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve switched fully from Namecheap to Hostinger cloud startup plan and so far I haven’t experienced any single error I’ve tried to activate too many plugins and use elementor but everything is working smoothly
Please see the following specs of my new hosting :
Hostinger Cloud startup:
10 Web Apps
4 CPU cores
4 GB RAM
100 GB NVMe storage
2 000 000 inodes (files and directories)
100 PHP workers
100 websites
Access sharingMy old Namecheap hosting was Supersonic: (I went ahead and upgraded to their best plan which is SuperSonic but the Issue still persists)
CPU 4 vCPU
RAM 1152 MB
NVMe 100 GB
Unlimited bandwidth
Unlimited number of visitorsPlease note that after I’ve upgraded my namecheap plan to Supersonic yesterday, it worked again for a few times but then it started giving me a new error which is 503 on elementor
For now after switching to Hostinger cloud everything is amazing and I haven’t experienced any single error
I’ll let you know if anything arises, and let me know if you need any further information that could help you know what happened and what caused this in case you are interested. I’ll be happy to shareKind regards,
