Elementor pro not working well

My website has several problems when using Elementor Pro, slides don’t work, black screen when saving, popups don’t work, etc…
I thought that the error was in Elementor and I asked for help from support, they tell me that the error is from the Woodmart theme, when activating Hello or any other theme, the Elementor widgets work again.
I need assistance.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance >> Plugins and make sure that Elementor frontend is not disabled.
