elementor responsivness

hi,
I am trying to adjust my page for desktop, tablet and mobile while being in elementor builder. I must be doing sth wrong. Firste I build for desktop and publish. Than i switch to tablet or mobile and change the appearance like I want it look like and publish. Unfortunatelly this procedure overwrites the other appearances. I thought that switching to tablet for example and publishing in this state does not have influence on mobile or desktop

Does it mean that for example I can not change the order of containers and have it different for desktop and mobile? If so what ectually I can change if publishing the changes changes the other appearances as well?

Please share some screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

Also, share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
