FODDAParticipantI am encountering a critical issue with the Elementor page builder on my website. Whenever I attempt to save or publish a template that includes the Product Meta widget (a core widget of Elementor), I am consistently faced with a Server Error 500. This problem seems to be specifically triggered by the addition of the Product Meta widget, as the error does not occur with other widgets or template elements.
Detailed Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
– I start by creating a new template for a single product.
– I then add the Product Meta widget, which is a standard feature of Elementor.
– Upon trying to save or publish the template, the process fails.
– A “Server Error (500 error)” is displayed, preventing any further action.Additional Observations:
– This issue is consistently reproducible with the Product Meta widget.
– The error does not appear with other widgets or elements within Elementor.
– The server and WordPress environment have been checked for compatibility and standard requirements.Troubleshooting Attempts:
– I have tried clearing the cache and ensuring that there are no plugin conflicts.
– The WordPress and Elementor versions are up to date.
– I have also tested this on different browsers and under different network conditions to rule out client-side issues.
– Given the critical nature of this issue, I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance in resolving it. This bug is significantly impacting my ability to manage and update product templates on my website.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not?
Also, please read this article for help: https://bdthemes.com/how-to-fix-500-internal-server-errors-on-elementor-website/
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Send me a link to the page where the issue occurs and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
Kind Regards
