epanda.tanParticipantHi Tech support team,
I have downloaded your latest version of Elementor Pro yesterday from 3.5.11 . After click on a page and edit with Elementor, it Elementor elements tools keep showing loading and loading. It doesn’t allow me to edit any single page. I had to move back to 3.5.11. Please let me know what should I do to get this fix with new Elementor version 3.6.x
What is the recommended and latest PHP version for Woodmart Electronic theme that support latest Elementor?
Regards
December 23, 2024 at 10:32 am #624620Hello,
Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

epanda.tanParticipantI checked and elementor is working fine with twenty twenty five theme or default wp theme. It does not work only with woodmart. Can you please go ahead and check why it is keep loading with woodmart, here is the login (private content)
Untill then I am checking too by deactivating some of the plugins, if there is no conflict with other plugins by deactivating them individually. I will keep posted you here. I really appreciate your support and understanding.
Regards.

epanda.tanParticipantHi,
It’s working in Child Theme.
However, now I have reverted the Theme back to parent Theme, from there when you edit the page with Elemntor, it will keep showing loading and loading as per page enclosed.I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Kind regards,
