I’m on elementor version 15 but even when I downgraded to 14 it still gives me this error

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Firstly, please do the troubleshooting described in the below article:

In case, if it doesn’t help you, Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
