JosephParticipantHi all, when I use the text editor widget (from Elementor or Woodmart) and try to change the type of bulleting style from [1, 2, 3] to [i, ii, iii] or [a, b, c], it does not seem to work.
The steps I did were:
1. insert the items I want to bullet and select the ordered bullet list
2. change from “visual” tab to “text” tab to edit the html code
3. insert the following<ol type="i">
Please refer to the attached imagesIf you switch back to the visual tab, you can see the changes. But on the main website, it does not reflect the changes. I reached out to Elementor and it is not a problem for them so this is a Woodmart issue I think.
Please help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHi,
There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

JosephParticipantHi, thanks for getting back.
I have tried disabling all 3rd party plugins as instructed but it still does not seem to work.
Could you have a look into this asap please (as my live site is down due to the deactivation of plugins).

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHi,
You can insert HTML code in the HTML section: https://ibb.co/VQhc6p8. On the frontend on your website: https://ibb.co/2jJMMR7
Best Regards.

JosephParticipantHi Aizaz,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, that suggestion still does not work.
Even after using the HTML widget, the issue still seems to exist. I want to change the ordered list type from [1,2,3] to [a,b,c]. I used the html code
<ol type="a">
but it still does not work. https://ibb.co/Mk0TzpVAlso, I would like to use the text editor widget and not the HTML widget to insert my text.
Elementor is not the issue – please refer to my first post of this thread
