Elementor widgets not working

Hello,
We’ve noticed that some Elementor widgets have stopped working.
A while ago, the ‘counter’ widget stopped working; it shows in the front office, but the number just stays at 0. Now it’s the ‘slider’ widget: it only shows the first slide created, and neither the navigation arrows nor the automatic playback work.
This is not an Elementor problem, as these widgets have been working fine on other websites.
We updated the theme and all the plugins, but this didn’t solve the problem.
We haven’t added any new plugins in the meantime either.
What could be happening?

Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
