This might rather be a bug report than a support request.
We are using the default Elementor gallery widget (not the on that is integrated into Woodmart). When you click an image at http://wordpress.p600116.webspaceconfig.de/gallery-test it looks like 2 lightboxes are opened – and it seems that one of them is loaded by Woodmart. Is this possible?
Please replace the default Elementor widget with the WoodMart widget and check. If there are any problems, let us know. Please deactivate Elementor Pro and check.
The default Element widgets JS conflict with the script of WoodMart gallery as they are the same functionalities with the wider options provided by WoodMart.
Could you explain the necessity to use the default Elementor gallery? Perhaps we will suggest a solution.
My client prefers the sliding Elementor lightbox. If there is a “JS conflict” then it’s definitely a bug in Woodmart that should be fixed in my opinion.
Please try to use two default Elementor widgets on one page. Such often happens, you cannot, for example, add two Slider Revolutions on one page, they would conflict with each other, it is not a bug, it is the nature of the gallery.
On http://wordpress.p600116.webspaceconfig.de/gallery-test is just one default Elementor widget and nothing else (apart from header and footer) – the gallery widget. How can there be a conflict if nothing else is on the page?
