Email are sent but not received

Hello,

I have problem with email sending, checked with wp mail logging, all my emails had been sent, but cant be received! But I can receive email notifications when a new order been placed, also can receive updraftplus backup email, except this, cant receive any email from customer side, like new order, reset password, is there any relations with this theme? Please help!
