Email Customer Note Change

Hello,
I would like to change and translate the Customer Note that is send to the customer, i wanna change the whole email, it says “To override and edit this email template copy “woocommerce/templates/emails/plain/customer-note.php”
and “to your theme folder: woodmart/woocommerce/emails/plain/customer-note.php”
Whenever i go to WP File Manager on the theme the customer-note.php does not exist.
Any help?

You need to create that file, copy the code from the main file and paste it into the created file, then make changes in the created file. Also, I suggest you create that file via the Child theme, create in the Child theme that file with the same path – https://prnt.sc/lIPqDCsWvwLV
