    Dear,

    Since you changed the layout of this forum, I don’t receive the email notification when your support replies to a topic. Can you please check what’s going wrong with your SMTP?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, all topic subscriptions were lost after the update. But, all newly created topics will automatically get your subscription. So you should get all new reply emails. Let me know if you don’t get emails for this particular topic for example.

    Hi Artem,

    Ok

    One more point : can you please provide us a way for users to close by themselves their topic started, I always need to post a message on each ticket to close the ticket => not productive, please give us a way to close our own topics ourselves.
