    Hello Team,
    I’m trying to find the setting to send emails automatically, for example when someone wants to reset the password, no email is sent, how could I do this?

    Hello,

    Make sure that you have an appropriate Email template in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails.

    In any case, if you still have the same issue, please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

    The thing is that the email notifications functionality is related to WooCommerce so please check how it works with the default WordPress theme to understand whether our theme issue is or not.
