Email template issue

Hi,

I am trying to fix an email issue but do not really know where to start. It turns out that a part of the text supposed to appear in the emails is not visible. (see video link in private content)

Besides, on mobile it seems that the background of my emails is transparent, which is annoying on dark appearance mode because the text is not really readable. What I would need for instance is a white background (not transparent) with dark text font… Can you please guide to achive this? Would be grateful. Thanks!

Note: I contacted Woocommerce support before coming to you and they said that it is something related with the theme.

Please provide more details on how did you implement that? How do you send this mail? How it should be? Provide your site admin access to check.

After checking it turns out that I had left the base color on white/transparent. I changed it and everything is now as it should be.

I m but his is solved but very sorry tho have bothered you with this…
