Email templates showing the Lazy Load Image.
-
Hi Support,
I hope you are doing well.
We have noticed that when a user submits a new order, the WooCommerce email templates are receiving a lazy-loaded image, which seems to be coming from the theme.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?
For your reference, I have attached images that provide further clarification.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
Hi Support,
Thanks for the update.
Disabling plugins on the live website isn’t an option for us. However, we have updated all themes and plugins to the latest versions on our staging site, but we are still facing the issue with the new order email.
Please refer to the details provided in the private content for the admin login.
Currently, email notifications are disabled on the staging website. However, you can check the email by using the following URL:
URL: https://staging.directtableware.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml_plugin_log
By using the above URL, you can check the customer order where the product image is not displaying correctly. Instead, it appears as shown below in the
tag:
https://staging.directtableware.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/images/lazy.svg
Thanks,
Ravi

Hello,
It is broken because of the commented hook in the child theme. Please check the screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/osynkZSVLvEBquygZh1y6z0GQj55QK
Kind Regards
