Email upon new review

When someone leaves a review;
Question 1: where can I set the email template for this
Question 2: where can I set the FROM address for these emails
Question 3: where can I set the TO address for these emails

You can find and edit email templates in Woocommerce > Settings > Email template.

Most likely the email upon review sent is provided by another plugin, please contact this plugin support.
