Embed more custom fields

I am trying to embed more custom fields at the beginning of account, when using the woocommerce template for customization this is distorted.

Where can I place the shortcode that I use with WpForms to add the fields and remove the ones it brings by default.

You can customize this form in the file woodmart/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php.
