Empty basket on multistore installation

    Hi,
    We use this theme for a multistore installation.
    The problem is then we add products on a network store, and then go to the basket (or refresh the page), we get an empty basket message.
    The issue is not happening on the main/primary store.

    We don’t use any caching plugin right now.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check how it works with free Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    Hi,
    The problem still exists. When I am logged in the admin panel, it works fine. But when logged out, I cannot add to my cart.

    Hello,

    If you see the same on the Storefront theme, it means that the problem is not caused by our theme. Please check the rights you have set for users. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

    Hello,

    Do you have any member/role plugins, deactivate them.

    If you see this problem on the Storefront theme it means our theme deas not cause the issue. You would better search among the plugins and theme customization if you implemented any.
