marcus-6298ParticipantIn Woocommerce (with Woodmart theme), when adding a product to the shopping cart, subsequently the cart is still empty when opened. This is the case on IOS (Safari and Chrome), but not on Windows and Android (multiple browsers).
It has been tried to inactivate all extra plugins, to activate alternative theme (Twenty Seventeen and Storefront) with same result. Also tried to clear all customer cache.
To understand the error, it is probably the easiest to go to the site https://matematikken.com on an IOS device. Go to the shop page (Butik) and add one of the two math-book products to the shopping cart. Then go to the cart, and it will be empty. This problem only occurs on IOS devices (Safari, Chrome). Not on Windows or Android devices (Chrome, Explorer, Firefox).

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

marcus-6298ParticipantDear Xtemos, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated.
I have provided the site admin access and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

marcus-6298ParticipantThe same problem persists with Twenty Seventeen and with Storefront.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt means that the problem is not related to our theme. It is probably caused by some of the installed plugins.
Kind Regards
