EMPTY CART WARNING AFTER CHECKOUT – NO THANK YOU page after order

Hello, i mke a purchase and it says YOUR CART IS CURRENTLY EMPTY.

Before proceed to checkout you must add some products to your shopping cart.
You will find a lot of interesting products on our “Shop” page.

instead of the THANK YOU PAGE,
If i USE coupon, THank you page loads.

please assist.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, please provide your site admin access to the private area even after the plugins are deactivated.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
