Please make sure that there are no links in the website that contain “#” then check back.
If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

Sorry, but I did not find links with “#” (Theme settings > Links to Social Profiles)

In this case, you can find empty links manually in the file inc/shortcodes/social.php and place some text inside them.
