Empty order confirmation for Klarna Checkout

I’m about to start using the Swedish payment method Klarna Checkout and have installed the plugin for it: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/klarna-checkout/

When I place a test order with the credentials found on https://developers.klarna.com/en/se/kco-v3/test-credentials#private-person the order confirmation page is blank. But when I go back to the checkout after placing my order I can see the Klarna confirmation where the checkout frame should be (maybe because it didn’t show up before?).

I have tried activating the Twenty Seventeen theme and then it works as intended.

Feel free to try yourselves with the credentials linked above.

That’s because you didn’t choose Klarna as payment method (the one called “Endast testorder” with the Klarna logo after).

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem. If you see the same problem on a default theme contact the plugin support.

As I wrote in my initial post I already tried activating the the Twenty Seventeen theme and then the order confirmation page looks as it should, it’s only with your theme that the page is empty.

As soon as I chose Klarna, I see this window in both: Woodmart and default theme http://prntscr.com/kqfoil

Test drive button does not work in both. “Forsatt” button highlight the rows in both.

We can not move forward. Please provide screens for the next step in both default and Woodmart

Thank you for giving it a go. As I wrote in my initial post you need to use the credentials on this page to place a test order: https://developers.klarna.com/en/se/kco-v3/test-credentials#private-person

Once the credentials are added you can continue. If you get an error message saying the address can’t be found, just ignore it and continue anyways.The order should be processed when you click “Slutför köp”.

There is no issue on the first screen, it’s only the order confirmation page that isn’t showing anything.
