Empty spaces in the product grid.

After updating to 3.0 I seem to have empty spaces in a random fashion in my product grids. It only seems to be doing so on desktop.

Also pon mobile I have it set to display as two columns and I am only getting one.

I flush my cache every time I make an important change… Im sure I am just missing something.
